Also included but not limited to, HTML code changes, website analysis and critiques.
At times there may be third parties used to complete specialized work related to search engine optimization, web development and or alteration of a client’s website/websites or any other service provided by More Clients Fast. Any other services are a creation and publication of content for third parties, creation of websites and website content, creation of blogs, progress reporting, landing pages, and managing the account on the behalf of the Client.

TWO

A - The terms of More Clients Fast form part of a contract or quotation to which a client is bound. Any and all Services supplied are subject to these terms.
B - If the requirements of any customer are changed after the agreement is signed they will incur additional charges on top of the original agreement.
1. The privacy and confidentiality of the customers will be respected at all times by More Clients Fast.
• The customers will preserve the publishing rights to the document developed and reviewed by More Clients Fast in regards to web site content.
• More Clients Fast shall not be held responsible for liability of any document or image harm resulting from material use or the client’s changes. More Clients Fast shall not be bound by any liabilities or guarantee that do not form part of these terms of use.
• More Clients Fast owns and operates this website. You are not allowed to copy, modify, upload, reproduce, transmit, post, or distribute any material, in any form from this site at any time.
• This website may be updated, modified, or amended by More Clients Fast without prior notice, at any time.
• The customer is bound by these terms and conditions during the use of services supplied by More Clients Fast and some services after a contract has expired.

FREE HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY WITH SEO PROMOTION:
With the small business plan at $3,797 a month you will be able to access your free holiday after the 4th month only (qualifying period) and not before. Additionally you are required to have signed contract of no less than 6 months.

With either the mid-range or aggressive options ($4,997 (current discounted price $3,797) or $7,997 (current discounted price $4,595)) you will receive access to your free holiday after the 3rd month (qualifying period). Additionally you are required to have signed contract of no less than 6 months.

After the qualifying period (3 to 4 months pending your level of contract) has passed you will receive tickets that cover up to two people which will include:

• Air fare tickets for two to a destination on either the Gold Coast, Sydney or Melbourne

• With the mid-range or aggressive options ($4,997 (current discounted price $3,595) or $7,997 (current discounted price $4,595)) you will additionally receive a beautiful dinner for two on the Saturday night.
  
  
• With the mid-range or aggressive options ($4,997 (current discounted price $3,595) or $7,997 (current discounted price $4,595)) you will receive a chauffeur driven vehicle to drive you from your hotel back to the airport upon departure.

All holidays are not redeemable during school holidays, Christmas, Easter or any major holiday where premium rates are at play.

Late payments may result in losing any free holidays.

Late Payments:
In the terms of any contract/agreement there will be a specific date that funds must be paid. Failure to pay funds on the correct date may incur a late payment fee of 11% per every 7 days the payment is late commencing at the first day being at 11%. It is important fees are paid on-time both for you as the client, also for us at More Clients Fast so we can continue in business.

Late payments may result in losing any free holidays.

Late payments may see a cease of work thus affecting your results, search engine rankings including any work More Clients Fast is providing. Any work for a client that is put on hold due to a lack of timely payment or a lack of payment or payments for any reason can and most likely will affect the results and any results that may be in an or the original agreement.

Should a payment that's stated in an original agreement not be made on-time to More Clients Fast then any and all responsibility and guarantee or guarantees of the contract from More Clients Fast are immediately terminated leaving no responsibility for More Clients Fast even if the work re-commences.

It's important that anyone, client, company, business, person or persons entering into a contract/agreement with More Clients Fast must fulfil every part of the agreement without fail or any obligation, obligations, guarantee, guarantees on behalf of (by) More Clients Fast will be null and void from that moment meaning More Clients Fast is and will no longer be responsible for any guarantees or obligations stated in any agreement, contract, video or on this website. By not fulfilling the agreement on the part of a client means, a late payment, a change of agreement/contract after initial signed agreement/contract or any alterations after the initial signing. Additionally, should a contract be halted as a client wished to move out or the agreement/contract all work by More Clients Fast may cease where there will be a minimum of 50% of the remaining agreement/contract must be paid in full by the following 30 days of the previous payment. Should the 50% of the remainder of the bill not be paid the client may be liable for all and any costs and interest associated with the fees owed to More Clients Fast. Please do not enter into a contract/agreement unless you are committed to seeing it through. Should you alter, change, manipulate, or try to change an agreement/contract or even if an agreemant/contract is changed with the full consent of More Clients Fast, any guarantee, guarantees, warranties, promises or anything in writing or on this website or written down by More Clients Fast or any representative of More Clients Fast is no longer valid. Should any additional tasks arise that are not in the agreement/contract, More Clients Fast will charge an additional $400plus GST per hour for any additional hours worked including but not limited to writing emails, phone calls, website work, html editing, social media, SEO, adwords or any internet marketing, standard marketing or any type of advertising or marketing related tasks.

Website development payment terms are as follows:
Any web development from point of agreement will require a 50% deposit up front of the full investment price stated on the agreement form with the remainder to be paid within 48 hours of the completion of the website. Failure to complete a payment will incur an 11% interest commencing from the end of the 48 hour grace period and a further 11% to be added after every 7 days. Any alterations outside of the original agreement will incur an additional charge for consulting time, time invested by More Clients Fast over the phone or in person plus any additional work that is required at no less than $440 per hour.

At any seminar, should there be any prises or giveaways of any kind there will only be one item rather than one for every person. This means there will be only one person who may receive a gift or prize should there be a prize or an offer. Also at any seminar there is no refunds of any kind and you are not permitted to share any links, information or details of the day with any other party who is not there on the day and in the room with us. Should you pay for a seminar and change your mind there will not be a refund, rather I will take the time to talk with you personally and give you up to two hours of my time to help you one on one over the phone. Please do not invest or pay for any seminar unless you are sure you would like to attend as there is only a forty eight hour cooling off period from the time you book or pay your fee.

Any changes to Google's algorithm can alter the agreement a client may have signed with More Clients Fast. Should a Google algorithm change to prevent your raise in rankings or to cause a drop in rankings or any form of failure in the search engines, More Clients Fast will make every possible attempt to work with the client to assist in ranking the clients website high in the search engines but will not be responsible for Google making changes as such changes are out of the hands of More Clients Fast. Should Google ever create an algorithm that is not within reach on standard or even advanced SEO (search engine optimisation) practises then it is an agreement by the client with More Clients Fast that More Clients Fast will not be held responsible or obliged to refund or pay any fees relating to such an event. Just as rules and laws change we are also subject to Google's algorithm changes when working to ranking a website in their search engine. All principles mentioned on this page relate across the board with every search engine, not limited to just Google.

Should any company, person or legal entity choose to converse with this office fees of $5,000 plus gst will apply. You are hereby notified of our schedule of fees and upon your contact with this office the fees of $5,000 plus gst will apply starting from the initial contact. 

Relating to video creation, any and all payments must be made in full before the complete video is delivered. A one half payment is required up front followed by the remainder before the video is handed over in either raw html code or as a video file.

Should any agreements be broken the client is liable to pay the closing amount for the month in progress on any service or services provided by More Clients Fast.

Any and all of the above terms of use form an agreement between the clients and any form of More Clients Fast or any part of any associates of staff or owners of More Clients Fast.

If you cancel your account and request a refund in writing through email and in writing sent via normal mail/post within your first 7 days of service we will provide a refund. Any refund request must be received within 7 days from the date you FIRST signed up for MoreClientsFast.com.au.
